Features and Applications

It is a pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubbers. It disperses easily in rubber compounds, is commonly used in conventional sulfur vulcanization systems to form polysulfide bonds, and has good initial fatigue resistance and dynamic and static properties, but poor heat resistance. It can be used in combination with sulfur carrier-containing vulcanizing agents to form an appropriate amount of polysulfide bonds and mono- and disulfide bonds, which not only have good dynamic properties but also moderate thermal-oxidative aging resistance. It can also be used as a co-vulcanizing agent for peroxides to improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber compounds. It is particularly suitable for light-colored rubber products, as its excellent dispersibility prevents brown spots from appearing on the surface of light-colored vulcanizates and reduces product defects.
